How To Order

You may select any one of 3 fast and easy ways to place your order:

  1. Online ordering is quick and easy. Simply make your selections, choose your quantities and click . When you select you will be guided through 4 easy steps to complete your order.

    In Step 1 you will be prompted to enter your billing information and your shipping information if they are different. You will create your own account for private use only. By creating an account you will receive added benefits like online order tracking, order history and notification of special offers and new product releases.


    In Step 2 you will be asked to enter your credit card Information , to specify the date you need to receive your awards by and select the method of shipping you would prefer. You must complete this step to order online or if you prefer you may also order via Email, Phone, or Fax as instructed below. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express .


    In Step 3 you can select from 3 easy artwork delivery options, if you are ordering custom designed or inscribed items. 

    1. You can elect to send your artwork later. This will allow you to proceed to checkout without attaching artwork or engraving information. In the case of items with engraved logos, this will ensure that your pieces are available when your art is received. Simply email your artwork to In the subject line of your e-mail and for any additional correspondence regarding your order, please reference the order number you will be issued upon order placement (step 4).

      Before forwarding your artwork files, please familiarize yourself with our preferred file formats and artwork specifications.

    2. You can request one of our expert award artists to contact you directly to discuss custom artwork. After your order is placed, someone will contact you within 24-48 hours to review.

    3. Or you can attach your logo and text files at check out. You can attach up to 2 files in this section. If additional files are required, please email them directly to, referencing your order number in the subject line of your message. The following is not necessary for today but is critical to follow promptly.

    4. If you are ordering items not subject to custom design or inscription, simply select No artwork required.


    Step 4 allows you to review your order before placing it. Once you have reviewed your order and are ready to proceed, simply hit the  button. Here you will be notified that you order has been placed and within seconds an email confirmation, including your order number and order details, will be delivered to your inbox. 

    NOTE: You can make changes to your order at anytime before production begins. Simply send your changes via email to Your project manager will contact you for review and confirmation. Orders can only be cancelled by 5:00 PM EST on the day of placement.

    Once you place your order online you will immediately receive an order confirmation. For orders placed via email, phone or fax, you will receive your order confirmation within 24 hours. Once you have received your confirmation, any changes to your order must be made via email to
