Processing Time
Most Crest Craft products are made to order.
Standard processing time is 7–10 business days, depending on the item and order size. Custom designs may require additional proofing and approval time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship via trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), with standard and expedited shipping options available. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.
International Shipping

Return & Exchange Policy
Custom & Personalized Products
Because our products are often customized or made to order, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll promptly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund. Include your order number and photos when contacting us.
Returnable Items
Only non-custom, stock items in unused condition may be returned. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and may be subject to a restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
